Camille offers this 6-month course for individuals looking for a deeper exploration.
*Meetings are scheduled 2- 3 times per week for 3 months
*Phone Consultations 1 time per week for 3 months
This program is designed to provide consistency of forward movement. A strong foundation of love is built within using tools and guidance provided. It is a process that requires continued choice, willingness, time and attention. Old beliefs and patterns are released and replaced with new ones that support sustained peace and joy in life.
Camille facilitates the deepening of awareness and experience of who you truly are. Joy of expression returns as you create a solid relationship with love. This is discovered through connecting to stillness within and releasing all that keeps you from experiencing love in day-to-day living.
Present moment living is practiced and made real through experience. This experience becomes the motivator to create a new sustainable life as love. Joy of being returns as natural wholeness is experienced and expressed.

Camille begins with a consultation to explore the interests and needs of the individual client. Following sessions include a combination of tools and guidance to facilitate this exploration. Price varies depending on number of sessions included. Packages are available to reduce cost.

Breath by breath, moment to moment - nothing to lose, much to gain. Camille presents a 3-week class to introduce you to a process that can change how you create and experience your daily life. This process is presented in the handbook: “Becoming Whole: A Process” by Lia Venchi & Camille A. Hetman
Each week we will join together in:
• Breath meditation & Qigong movement
• Sharing observations and awareness, asking questions
• Reading & exploring seven common aspects of this process
Penduling is a tool you can use to communicate with your Self, your fully conscious state.
It is used to:
• Access information to guide you in making conscious choices
• Practice in joining with the moment from a neutral space
• Ease stress and tension of decision making
• Deepen your relationship with your Self
Participants will learn how to make a pendul and use it in their
day-to-day life to help guide them in making purposeful and loving choices.
Explore and discover a new relationship with yourself through a combination of breath awareness, mindful movement, light kettlebells and qigong.

Using Kettlebells, physical exercises and play as grounding tools to strengthen the core, as released energy reorganizes to create a new pattern supporting wholeness.

Accesses divine answers to “yes” and “no” questions from your true self. Provides guidance in making purposeful, loving choices in day-to-day life.
Offered as gentle reminders of how conscious breath deepens the relationship with our self as a physical spiritual being.
Facilitates release of old patterns held in the memory of the body and mind. Space opens to receive new information necessary to support divine form and function.
Accesses divine information and guidance from your true self through written dialogue.
